Filling

Mix apples with oats, brown sugar, water and cinnamon. Place apples in a 1-quart microwave-safe bowl. Cover with wax paper and microwave on high for 5 to 7 minutes, rotating ¼ turn halfway through cooking time. (Cooking time may be longer - depending on the thickness of the fruit.) Topping: Mix yogurt with seasonings. Fold whipped topping into yogurt. Serve a dollop of topping over hot or chilled apple crisp. SERVES 4. Per serving: 167 calories and 2 grams of fat. |
