Low Fat Recipes
  No-Fat Italian Dressing
  Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened apple juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 clove of garlic, cut in half
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon of basil
  • 1/8 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon of rosemary

Combine all ingredients. Chill for an hour or two to let the herbs blend. Remove the garlic cloves or pieces before serving.

Makes 6 Servings.. Per serving (2 Tbsps.): 9 calories and 0 grams of fat.
